Non-refundable: once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Ask me anything you want before you confirm — revisions to the brief, the schedule and the usage terms are all free at that stage. Confirmation happens after we've agreed everything in writing, not when you press send on this form.

Revisions

What is included, and what counts as new work

If a booking has to be cancelled

All of this goes in your quote. Nothing here is a surprise clause — the usage rights, revision rounds, cancellation terms and deadlines are written into the quote you approve before any money changes hands. If something in your brief needs different terms, say so and we will agree them then.

1 · Who you are
However you'd like to be addressed on the invoice and in the contract.
2 · The project
Single videos are paid step by step. Bundles and month-long work follow the 28th–31st window.
All video work sits between 15 and 120 seconds.
Outside Malaysia is remote only. Kelantan and KL add 30%–50%; elsewhere in the Peninsula adds 50%–80%.
I take in-person events of 1–2 days.
Live host session — only if you picked Live Host above
Running both at once reaches two audiences from one setup, so it costs less than two separate sessions.
I host between 30 minutes and 4 hours a day, arranged around my university schedule.
Tell me your best-converting window and I will tell you honestly if I can hold it.
Fewer products per slot sells better than a full catalogue.
Product must reach me at least 3 days before the first slot so I can prepare properly.
Live host fees are flexible: daily, weekly or twice a month, whichever suits your cash flow.
Commission is welcome as upside on top of the slot fee, never instead of it. It is paid after the platform reconciles.
3 · Add-ons & timeline
Rush work adds 30–60% to the original price.
Raw material without my edit adds 50% and includes usage rights.
Final files are sent clean (no watermark) after the balance is paid in full.
4 · Payment preferences
Anywhere from 10% to 50%. The balance is due on delivery.

FPX, online banking, debit card and QR Pay go straight to my Maybank account. Stripe and Payoneer are arranged directly with me. PayPal is coming soon and isn't available yet. Never send card, bank or account numbers through this form.

Before any money moves

Step 1a — we both sign the agreement

Once we have agreed the quote, I send a written booking agreement covering the work, the price, the payment schedule, usage rights, revisions and what happens if either of us has to cancel. Both parties sign it and each keeps a copy. Nothing starts, and nothing is charged, until it is signed.

What happens next

Step 2 — the deposit

Once I've sent your quote and you've approved it, pay using the method you selected. A single video is paid step by step — each stage before it completes. A bundle, long-term or month-long project is paid in full between the 28th and the 31st each month. FPX, online banking, debit card and QR Pay go straight to my Maybank account; Stripe and Payoneer I'll set up for you personally.
