Pick your payment method below and the details you need will appear. Please only pay once we've agreed the quote, the deliverables and the timeline in writing. Single videos are paid step by step — each stage before it completes. Bundles, long-term work and anything running for a month follow the monthly payment window, settled in full between the 28th and the 31st.

Stripe

Stripe payments are set up per booking rather than through a public checkout link. Message me directly and I'll issue you a secure Stripe payment link or invoice made out to your agreed amount and currency (MYR, USD or GBP).

This is usually the best route for international brands paying by card, and it gives you a proper receipt and invoice trail for your finance team.

Arranged together · International

Payoneer

Payoneer is handled per booking too. Message me directly and I'll send you a Payoneer request for the agreed amount, or the receiving details your finance team needs.

Good option if your company already pays creators through Payoneer or you're settling in USD or GBP.

Always verify before you transfer. My only bank account is the Maybank account shown on this page, in the name NUR BADZLINA RAZI BINTI MOHAMED GAZALI. I will never ask you to send money to a different name, a different bank, or a cryptocurrency wallet. If anything looks different from what's here, stop and confirm with me on WhatsApp at +60 18-278 0523 first.
PayPal is not available yet — it's coming soon. And once a booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable, so please make sure the brief, deliverables, timeline and usage rights are all settled before you pay.

The order of things

How a booking becomes confirmed

Payment is step four, not step one. Nothing is owed until we've agreed everything.

Step 1
Send your briefUse the booking form, WhatsApp or email — whichever is easiest.
Step 2
I send a quotePrice, deliverables, timeline and usage rights, in writing.
Step 3
You approve itChange anything you want at this stage — it's all still free.
Step 4
Pay the deposit10%–50%, your choice. Use this page. Booking is confirmed and non-refundable from here.
Step 5
I produce the workFilming, editing, voice-over — whatever the brief covers.
Step 6
You get a watermarked draftFull quality, but watermarked. Review it and request your revisions here.
Step 7
Pay the balance in fullSame methods as above. Nothing is released clean until the full payment lands.
Step 8
Final files, no watermarkSent via WeTransfer, Blip or Google Drive — you choose which.

Pattern 3

Voice work — 50% deposit, 50% before the clean master

Voice-over · Voice artist · Voice talent

The voice rule

Half to record, half to release

Voice work splits down the middle. The deposit gets me into the booth; the balance releases the clean master. In between you get a voice-tagged draft — full performance, full length, with a spoken tag over it — so you can approve the read before you pay the rest.

  1. 50% deposit — I record once it lands. Script, language and tone confirmed first.
  2. Tagged draft — you hear the full read with a voice tag over it and request your pickups.
  3. 50% balance — settled once you are happy with the read.
  4. Clean master — tag removed, delivered as broadcast-ready audio the same day.

Pattern 4

Shoot services — day rate, invoiced after

Product photography · Photo editing · Commercial talent · Short acting · Canvas makeup · Travel · Wedding

The day rate rule

We agree the rate first. I invoice when the day is done.

Anything that takes a whole day of my time is billed by the day rather than by the piece. The rate, the number of days and what is included are all agreed in writing before we start — then I invoice once the day or days are complete, and the final edited files follow the invoice.

  1. Agree the day rate — how many days, what is being shot, and what the deliverables are.
  2. Book the date — the day is held for you and I turn other work away for it.
  3. Shoot the day — photography, on-camera performance, makeup, or a combination.
  4. I invoice — once the day or days are complete.
  5. Final files — edited and delivered once the invoice is settled.

Travel surcharge applies on top
Overtime
Beyond the agreed hours, quoted separately
The day rate is agreed before the date is held. A booked day is a day I cannot sell to anyone else, so the rate, the hours and the deliverables go in writing first — and the cancellation terms on the booking page apply from the moment the date is confirmed.

How pricing works

How your price is built

A base price, then any add-ons you choose. Every figure below is a percentage of the base.

Step 1

The base price

Set by the service, the length and the quantity. Every video sits between 15 and 120 seconds. Voice work is priced per script. Shoot services are priced per day. Tell me the brief and I quote the base.

Step 2 — add-ons

An example of how it stacks. Take the base price for the service. Add 50% if you want the raw footage. Add 30–60% if it is a rush. Add 50–80% if you need me there in person, a further 10% if that is outside Kelantan or Kuala Lumpur, and 10–15% more if it is last minute. You will never be guessing — the full breakdown is written into the quote you approve.

Remote is the default and costs nothing extra. Attending in person is a separate, quoted add-on.

Remote — anywhere

In person — Kelantan & Kuala Lumpur

Kota Bharu, Kelantan and Kuala Lumpur. Kelantan is my home and Kuala Lumpur is my university city, so neither needs flights — these are my most affordable in-person rates at +30%–50%. I travel with my daughter, so anywhere requiring flights carries two sets of costs rather than one.

  • Kelantan & KL

Last minute, in person

When an on-site booking lands at short notice, this covers rearranging everything already in the schedule around it.

  • On site only
  • On top of the above
How the in-person surcharges stack. Start with the project price. Add 50%–80% if you need me there in person. If the event is in outside Kelantan or Kuala Lumpur, add a further 10% — I travel with my daughter, so that covers two sets of flights and accommodation. If it is last minute, add 10%–15% on top of that. Anywhere outside Malaysia is remote only — I do not travel internationally.

📨

Option 1

WeTransfer

A download link straight to your email. No account needed, nothing to install — best if you just want the files quickly. Links do expire, so download promptly.

Option 2

Blip

Fast peer-to-peer transfer with no file-size cap and no compression. Best for large batches or when you want the highest-quality masters intact.

☁️

Option 3

Google Drive

A shared folder that doesn't expire. Best if your team needs ongoing access, or if you want the assets sitting somewhere permanent from day one.

Why the watermark and the add-ons? The watermarked draft means you never pay for something you haven't seen, and I never release finished work that hasn't been paid for. The 10% upfront for posting on my own accounts is the same idea in reverse — once a post is live on my page it can't be un-posted, so that portion is settled before it goes up. The 15% for a new account I take over covers the build, the daily posting and the ongoing management of a channel — that's a service running every day, not a file I hand over once.

When you pay

Billing depends on the service

Four patterns. Which one applies is set by the kind of work, not by the payment method you choose.

📅

Pattern 2

Paid in full, 28th–31st

Ongoing work is settled month by month, in full, between the 28th and the 31st — before the month ends. No month rolls over unpaid.

  • Bundles
  • Canvas UGC
  • Ambassadorship
  • Retainers
  • Paid review

Pattern 3

50% deposit + 50%

Half to start recording. You receive a voice-tagged draft to approve, and the clean master is released once the balance is settled.

  • Voice artist
  • Voice talent

Pattern 4

Day rate, invoiced after

Pattern 1

Pay before each step

Single video · Video editing — simple, staged, and nothing is owed at the end.

The single-video rule

Every step is paid before it completes

On a one-off video, each stage is paid first and then delivered — never the other way round. You always know exactly what you've paid for, and I never carry unpaid work.

  1. Before production starts — your deposit (10%–50%) is paid. Filming and editing begin once it lands.
  2. Before the watermark comes off — the balance is paid in full. You've already seen the watermarked draft, so you know exactly what you're buying.
  3. Before it goes live on my socials — if you've added the +10% posting option, that portion is paid before the post goes up.
  4. Then delivery — clean files go out by WeTransfer, Blip or Google Drive.

Pattern 2

Bundles, long-term, monthly work & reviews

Ongoing work and reviews run on the monthly payment window.

The monthly rule

Full payment is due between the 28th and the 31st

For a multi-video bundle, a 30-day Canvas UGC build, a brand ambassadorship, a retainer, or any project that runs for a month — that month must be paid in full between the 28th and the 31st, before the month ends. No month rolls over unpaid into the next one.

Payment window
28th – 31st of every month
Amount
That month's full fee
Applies to
Bundles · Canvas UGC · Ambassadorship · Retainers · Any 1-month project · Paid review · Movie review
If unpaid
Posting pauses until settled
  1. I send your monthly invoice a few days before the 28th so you have time to process it.
  2. You pay the full month between the 28th and the 31st using any method on this page.
  3. Send me the receipt and the next month continues without interruption.
  4. If a month isn't settled inside that window, posting and production pause until it is — the account stays live, it just stops updating.
Why the 28th–31st window? Monthly work means I'm producing and posting every single day of that month. Closing each month before it ends keeps the account running without a gap and means neither of us is chasing an old balance while new work is already underway.

Questions about paying?

Not sure which method suits you?

Malaysian brands usually use FPX, online banking or QR Pay. International brands usually use Stripe or Payoneer. If you're unsure, just ask — I'll tell you which one is cheapest and fastest for your situation.
